Junior 9 Hole Fun Afternoon Rules

Quick Summary:

No Handicap required, a great opportunity to play 9 holes at Keighley Golf Club with no pressure, no scorecard, and a chance to make new friends.

Tee times will be available from 2:00pm.

Boys and Girls will play from the Red Tees. No lower age limit. Children must be accompanies by a parent or guardian when on the course.

Entry is £7 and includes a goody bag on the first tee.

Entering the Competition:

Please use your child's name for the entry, but please use the parent/guardian contact details.

For handicap, please enter 0.

For club, you can use your own Golf Club or simply the town you are visiting from.

On the Day:

Please check in at the Golf Shop to collect your scorecard and goody bag, where one of our team will welcome you and give you a brief overview of the club and course. Refreshments are available from the Shop and Clubhouse. There will be a starter on the 1st tee who will direct you and be able to take a photo on the tee if you wish to have one.

After your round, simply vacate the course and head back to the clubhouse. No scores are posted and you are welcome to join us for food and drinks or head back home.

Rules of Golf and Course Etiquette:

No need to worry, this is a completely relaxed afternoon, with no pressure to score or abide by all of he rules. We only recommend that if you are on a hole and you have taken 10 shots and not yet reached the green, we would advise you to pick up your ball and move onto the next hole. Apart from this, the only rule is to have fun!

If parents/guardians can do their best to repair any divots and chunks on the fairway and rake bunkers, that would be greatly appreciated.
