"On the 15th September 2023 we held my father's funeral tea at the Golf
Club and I just wanted to write to express our sincere thanks to Emma in
your events department for the amazing care that we received during this
very difficult time.

From the very first contact that I had with Emma at the initial enquiry
about availability, Emma was professional, supportive and very
responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Emma spent time with
us to plan our menu and ensure that we had everything we needed and that
the room was set exactly as we requested. Emma was available at every
point when we needed to check arrangements and greeted us personally on
the day when we arrived; and together with the rest of the team ensured
that our guests were well looked after.

Emma really is an asset to the Golf Club and I wanted to ensure that
this feedback was shared with you. I looked at a number of different
venues in the area before making my booking, but it was Emma's warmth
and fantastic customer service which shone through, that led me to
making the booking. I am sure you already know that Emma is a credit to
your team, but I just wanted to express this and say thank you to Emma."

"Keighley town centre may be dull and uninspiring, but if you look about there is some lovely old architecture to find. Keighley Golf Course is one of West Yorkshire's gems. West Yorkshire has a plethora of fabulous courses and this one is right up there with the best. Don't let its proximity to the town put you off. It is set in the glorious countryside of Yorkshire with fabulous views and is thoroughly charming. The fairways and greens were immaculate.... especially considering it is mid October. Clubhouse looked nice although I never went in and the pro shop is well stocked and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I played midday on a Monday and had an unhurried leisurely round. I could drop a couple of balls on the green and sharpen up my putting without anyone yelling at me to get a move on. I would play here again in a heartbeat

"Keighley Golf Club is a beautiful wedding venue in a lovely, peaceful
countryside setting. It really is a hidden gem. The whole team, Emma,
Jez and Sandra are so helpful, friendly, accommodating and
hard-working. The conservatory was a beautiful place to get married,
saying our vows overlooking the beautiful green course. The quality (and
quantity) of the food is excellent (our bespoke mexican menu was a
massive hit), the function room looked amazing with our colourful fiesta
decor and the grounds have stunning photo opportunities and we were
blessed with sunshine. The wedding coordinator, Emma, gave us
reassurance that everything was going to go smoothly - and it did. We
are so pleased we went with a venue that has a community feel, the
members were so lovely and happy for us and we would recommend the venue
to anyone. It felt really special and we had an amazing day. Thanks so
